Hi, are you using the APPLY button or simply clicking the OK button after adding the image? if you select APPLY, then OK 2 stamps will be added. the CLOSE button should be use after APPLY to exit the add stamp dialog.

HI, you had StampBase? I believe that is an old program that was discontinued many years ago. Unfortunately there is no way to import data from StampBase into StampManage.

Hi we don’t have a conversion program yet . The data formats between the 2 programs are very similar. Basically convert the MDB file to sql lite dB, then add a couple small tables and other small changes. Will hope to have it ready for early next year

Hi, not sure if you are the same customer. But we had a customer with this problem. The reason was his anti-virus was locking the data file. He had to add the data file to the "exclusion list" in his anti-virus. I believe he was using NORTON. could you check if this may be your problem as well.

Hi, yes you should have 2019 coins. Can you select: FILE > UPDATE DATA FILE from the main menu. Then EXIT and restart the program. If that does not work, please confirm you have installed and are running the 2020 version.

HI, unfortuanetly no..we looked at that a few years ago. There were too many errors trying to "match" varieties..such as Bust Half Dollars that have many varieties.
