  1. We are trying to finish up the feature that allows the mac app to store images for each record. Just need to finish the synchronization to iCloud & back. The images will be compatible with Windows. We will work on the conversion program soon, hard to give an exact date sorry

  4. Hi, you are clicking the OK button to save the edit I assume? Do you have the latest update, you can look in your APP UPDATES and make sure there is not a new update to CoinManage ready to download. We are working hard to get a new version of the Mac product out soon. It will allow user to associate images with each record.
  5. Hi, with the 2020 edition you are able to delete the 2018 edition, but afterwards you would need to install 2020 again as the 2018 install will delete the stock images. I know this is not good, but going forward the changes we have made will mean … in 2021 you will be able to uninstall the 2020 version with no effect on the 2021. regarding the backup files, we would never delete the backup folder during an uninstall as it may contain data the user still needs
  6. The CMUT23.DLL belongs to the reporting component we include with the software. As Clinton asked, which version of Windows do you use this on? We have thousands of customers using this DLL along with CoinManage and I dont recall any other reports of issues like this. Are you running on the PARALLELS PC emulator for the Mac by any chance?
  7. Ok we will correct this. Thanks for the report. We are working hard to get HomeManage 2020 out sometime in March. There will be many improvements to the User Interface and we are going through all bug reports submitted by customers.

  9. We have had some requests for a list of countries with associated numbers. Here it is in txt format. To see the images for a particular country, choose FILE > GO TO STAMPMANAGE IMAGES FOLDER from the main menu. Then open the numbered folder corresponding to the country you want to see. Countries.txt

Hi, we will take a good look at image errors, sometimes the issue is that images from an older version are stll there even though we deleted wrong images in a later version. regarding missing values & data. We are adding values, images and data. Several thousand each month. The program is not complete for all countries, we have a 30 day trial version that contains all the images/ data /values so are user can see the data in the program before purchase.

  12. Hi, the best way is to CLONE the stamp. Use 1 record to record the Plate Blocks, the other record to record the SINGLES.
  13. Not currently, but it is not hard to add this field to the PROPERTIES dialog that shows for multiple stamps. So we will add this for the next free update.
  14. Hi, not yet. We need to write a conversion program. We are working on adding imaging capabilities to the Mac version first and hope to have that done in the coming weeks.

  16. Did you get through the update install process? When you first ran the program after updating did you see the IMPORT dialog come up and show importing activity?
  17. There should be a reporting field called Stamp.HasImage which is true or false. We can create such a report and add it for the next 2020 update. Is not that hard to do.
  18. can you go into TOOLS > PREFERENCES. Do you see the option to select 2020 from the value tables list? If so, select it then click OK

    Its a good idea. Do you simply need to see which of the types you have coins from and which types you still need to acquire? We can try to do a report that could represent this.
  21. can you email techsupport and we will reply with the latest version of the turbo activate to see if that will fix the problem. I assume you have copy & pasted the code directly from a registration email and you definitely have HomeManage 2019 installed (not an earlier version)

    that field is not used. we were going to store images in the data file years ago. But it would have caused big problems with massive bloated data files. Any image you add to a DEALER will end up in the images folder with the prefix "dealer" in the filename.
