  1. are the images already uploaded to your hard drive or on a USB? If so, you can simply drag the image file as shown in screenshot below. You can also use the Load File... button to choose the image file.

  4. if you have 2 coins of the same variety, you can also use the CLONE feature to create separate entries for each coin. Then edit each entry with the coins's grade and other information
  5. Hi, does this happen for every coin you try to edit or only a certain coin. If only for certain coins is it possible you have some punctuation such as quotation mark in the comments.

  7. Hi, we have tried emailing you but the emails always bounce. After the backup seems to be finished, can you use the windows explorer to look at the folder where you specified that the backup should be saved at. do you see any ZIP files there? those are created by the backup program.
  8. when you select FILE > MANAGE BACKUP FILES from the main menu does a folder open with some ZIP files in there?
  9. Hi, if your list looks blank after a backup try selecting a collection again you should see the data again. Its usually best to backup before exiting the program so you backup the latest changes. when doing a local backup you can change the folder where the backup is going to be stored, are you unable to backup to any folder whatsoever?

  11. Yes, I realize it is an issue. Unfortunately fixing it means making many program changes to detect the user screen size and scale accordingly. We will be doing these changes in the coming months.

    Hi, we have never offered free lifetime upgrades to major new versions. Look in the Sales Questions section of our web-site. You can always download the version you purchased from the download link. Many software companies charge to download a program again after 30 or 60 days. It's called "download insurance" in addition, we do not charge a penny extra for internet backup storage and virtually all software companies would charge extra for that.
  16. Hi, what is the resolution of your monitor? You can increase the font size that shows in the list view from TOOLS > PREFERENCES.

  18. I sent an email with the code to your gmail address. I noticed you purchased using an email ending with suddenlink and there is another email used a couple years ago ending with cebridge. If you still have not received the code can you email libertyst@gmail.com with the correct address.

  22. If you are the same person who sent a PM we can remote tommorrow. Regarding this error, the solution is almost always that the STAMPDATA.MDB data file is still on the user machine in another folder. By copying the data file to the current data folder used by StampManage the data is recovered. Note that after the old data is recovered, you can choose: FILE > UPDATE STAMPMANAGE DATA FILE.. from the main menu to update the data file if it was being used on an older version of StampManage. We have a video on this subject.
  23. Hi, yes that is correct. The Collections view shows the coins you have inventoried, not the CoinManage coin database
  24. Can you try choosing FILE > UPDATE STAMPMANAGE DATA FILE.. from the main menu. Then EXIT StampManage and run it again. Do you now see a 2020 values table?
