  1. Hi, the reason for this is that there is only so many characters allowed in the DETAILS view. So if a notebook list is reasonably long we have to cut off the list. We will see if we can expand this limit. I believe it was related to some older browsers that may not be used much anymore.
  2. Hi, the program uses the windows user name to store this info. So unless you were to change your Windows user name there is currently no way to override this.

    Hi, the email you receive is automated so it does not matter if we are open or not. We have noticed sometimes there is a delay of an hour or 2 for some reason. There was also a problem with COMCAST customers receiving the email in the past but is seems to be better now. will look up your order and email manually

  9. Hi the program uses another column list for most of the VIEW BY options. We will add STAMP TYPE and probably let the customer configure this.

  11. Hi, you are referring to the STAMP FORMAT field or the variety description in the database? or both maybe. any values you placed into the STAMP FORMAT field will be retained as you input them. If there were changes to the description of any varieties in the database you will see the new information.

  16. Hi, we have a CoinManage app for the Mac. Which will be moved to the iPad / iPhone once we add a few more features. I can't give a date when we will have an ANDROID app at times time

  18. Hi, we tried to reproduce the error with the ROLL checkbox and it's not happening here. Will see if we can reproduce the issue with Unc. Roll....This CREATE INDEX problem does not make sense. If you don't want to email us your COINDESC.MDB data file, do you have MICROSOFT ACCESS on your computer? if so, try opening the COINDESC.MDB file using MICROSOFT ACCESS, then REPAIR/COMPACT the data file, exit MICROSOFT ACCESS and restart CoinManage.
  19. Hi, so no eBay searches are working? for any coins whatsoever? we did'nt change any code in that area of the program will take a look.
  20. "auto spellcheck" ? what do you mean by that? How did you do an auto spellcheck? is this some add in installed on your system .as it's not a feature in CoinManage.

These problems you are having seeming truly bizarre. if you can contact techsupport@libertystreet.com we can have a rep remote to your computer to see this. if not, I would recommend you ask for a refund, contact sales@libertystreet.com and we can take care of that.
  23. the variations are different varieties (such as "position a") with their own PCGS numbers. As far as I know there are no mintage figures available for these sub varieties. yes I know it's confusing but we have customers who want every PCGS variety. What we will will probably do is add a boolean field to the varieties database specifying that a variety is a subvariety or not. The user will be able to specify whether they want to see sub-varieties or not when doing an inventory. This is not something that happened all of a sudden in the 2020 version.
  24. Hi, we are looking at these problems now and will update the program if we can reproduce. Sorry for the delays. the iphone to pc program is not ours. Not sure if there is a way to get rid of the leading zero. That may be happening as they are expecting a UPC barcode.
  25. currently there is no way to backup. But we will probably add the option to specify an attachments folder. This folder will be backed up along with the data file and images. This feature will probably be in the 2021 edition out late this year.
