Ok we will add these. We are working hard to get 2021 out next month. It is taking awhile as we are adding a couple new features that require time-consuming work involving the database - tagging whether a coin is a "sub-variety" or not, etc..

Hi, is there any chance your anti-virus is preventing the program from running? We had a customer who had a similar problem. Turns out he was using a new anti-virus which only allows programs to run from its "approved list".

Hi, you can manually enter the format name into the Stamp Format field as shown in the screenshot. If there are any common formats that we have missed in the dropdown list we can hard code them into the program.

Hi, which webcam are you using? we had a customer a few months back who was having trouble with Logitech C525. We purchased this model and it does not crash on 2 of our computers here.

Hi, no StampManage is currently only a Windows product. I can't see if or when we will have a Mac or iOS version.

Way to use HomeManage 2020 with a test database?

Hi, all the text data in the program is stored in the ASSETS.MDB file in your DATA folder. HomeManage will use the file called ASSETS.MDB in the data folder when it is run. So you could make a copy of this file, run your tests, then rename the copy back to ASSETS.MDB when finished. -

HI, did this start happening after a Windows 10 update or after you installed maybe a new antivirus? Does anything at all happen when you try to run the program? Can you try installing with ADMIN permissions. To do this, right mouse click on the setup program EXE file. Then select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR from the popup menu.

Hi, regarding 4K displays. We have an new update to HomeManage 2020 that show make the display font large automatically. Have you downloaded the update? HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATE from the main menu. Regarding the other items, we will go over them in the next few days. Thanks very much for the detailled report.

Hi, so you want a feature to basically edit the database of coins. We have that feature in the Windows version and it will make its way to the Mac version. Thanks for the request. -
Upgrade Question - Stamp Manage USA to Stamp Manage Deluxe

Hi, under the HELP menu you should see the UPSIZE TO STAMPMANAGE DELUXE to order the upgrade. You can install the StampManage Deluxe 2021 to the same folders as your USA version it will upgrade the database. As always, do a BACKUP before upgrading to be safe. -
Hi, the program does not currently have an import feature. Sorry about that. To run StampManage you do not need MS Office installed. Microsoft ACCESS installed on your computer would be helpful if you want to open the data file. It would also help in most situations if the data file was to get corrupt using the MS Access repair feature.

The Eisenhower dollars you mention should be in the program as shown in attached screenshot. If you are not seeing this, try selecting FILE > UPDATE DATA FILE then EXIT and restart the program. What is specifically going wrong when you say "I can't seem to edit the database". To re-install the program, do a backup FILE > BACKUP DATABASE.. then install the program again, it will not delete your current data file.

you are running the 2021 version? try selecting FILE > UPDATE DATA FILE.. from the main menu then EXIT and restart the program. Does the problem continue?

try downloading the update directly from here. Please note this download link will not work correctly for anyone using a version of HomeManage other than version 2020.

so you don't like the one in your screenshot? we put up a windows that is bigger depending on users screen resolution. Let me know your screen resolution we will see if we can improve it.

are you referring to the stock images that ship with the program or images you yourself have added?

Hi, CoinManage does not currently support Sets unless they are sets issued by the Mint such as Proof Sets, Commemorative Sets, etc.. We have thought about adding this kind of feature, maybe for next year I can't say for sure at this point.

Hi, if you go into TOOLS > PREFERENCES and uncheck the USE WEBCAM checkbox does that fix the crashing? If so, which webcam model are you using?
