  1. Hi, the SOLD COINS folder is populated by the program, not by the user. It shows any coin that has been sold, if the coin has entered data into any of the ADDITIONAL INFO fields: Date Sold, Sold To or Selling Price the coin will be moved to the SOLD COINS folder as it is no longer in your possession.
  2. Hi, 1st select TOOLS > PREFERENCES from the main menu. Then change the currency conversion number as shown in attached screenshot
  3. can you just install the program again, making sure that folder is set as the STAMPMANAGE IMAGES folder during the install. If the problem continues, can you verify that you have READ permissions from that folder. Some users seem to have very restricted windows accounts
  4. Hi, another way to restore a category that was deleted accidently is by using the: FILE > UPDATE DATA FILE command. We have a video on how to use this. This command can also be used if you have upgraded to StampManage 2019 but are not seeing the latest issues.

  13. Hi, yes the RI prefix clashes with the SCOTT prefix used by some revenue stamps. We are going to change the prefix probably for Rhode Island to something else in the near future.
  14. Hi, Vatican City has been In the program a long time. Is it possible you accidently deleted it? you can re-install the program and see if it shows up again.
  15. Hi, this is a problem is not common but does happen every once in awhile. The company that makes our licensing software recommends that you update all your network drivers to the latest version. If the issue still occurs can you email our tech support we have a list of other things you can try.
  16. hi, try selecting FILE > GO TO STAMPMANAGE IMAGES FOLDER from the main menu. does it open a valid folder with a list of numbered folders? If so, do you see many JPG image files in the 347 folder? that is the USA folder.
  17. sorry for the delay, yes if you install the DELUXE version to the same data folder as the USA edition, the database will be upgraded to the DELUXE.

Hi, that error means the data file got corrupted, is it possible your computer was shut off when CoinManage was running? anyways, if you have MICROSOFT ACCESS you can usually fix the file simply by opening the COINDESC.MDB file mentioned in the error. If not, we can do it here. Please either ZIP and email the COINDESC.MDB file to: techsupport@libertystreet.com or upload it using a free www.dropbox.com account.

    hi, only PCGS at this point. the pcgs barcode contains the coin variety info and grade. The NGC does not seem to, so scanning the code on the NGC slab does not accomplish much
  20. Hi, the 1916 D buffalo Nickel is definitely in the program. Is it possible you accidentally deleted it? you can reload the coin mange database by selecting FILE > UPDATE DATA FILE from the main menu
  21. we are online all day today, Kindly come to our online chat and someone can remote to your machine. before doing this, please download the free app from www.teamviewer.com . Run the app and get the ID + PASSWORD. keep it open when you connect to our online chat.
  22. these problems are almost always a case where the old data file is in another folder. moving it to the current data folder fixes the issue. As we stated in the last response, we can remote to your machine and do this for you if you need it. Just got off a remote control where we fixed this for a CurrencyManage user in the same situation
  23. Hi, we can add these for the next free update. It is possible to add new stamps to the database using the stamp database manager feature under the TOOLS menu.
  24. yes, we can do something like that and give the user the option to not show the variants. It is especially confusing in the PRESIDENTIAL DOLLARS section.
