  1. The build is up now if you have coinmanage USA 2017 select Help > Check for updates from the main menu we were on a remote control last night with a user having the error on program exit. We made a change but I'm not sure if it will fix the issue if not anyone with the problem willing to try a special build that will help us see exactly where the problem happens please click the live support button on our contact us page

  6. Hi, we can send you the program on DVD. That is the correct link to download, the file is 3.5gb, a few customers cannot download a file that large for various reasons.

  8. Ok, we don't have any other similar reports. So you simply entered 15 into the backup preferences? When you go back in the Preferences the 15 value remains?

  10. Hi, we have had a few customers with this problem. This will happen when the user does not have permissions to write to the windows registry. That is where all these Preference settings are stored. If you RUN AS ADMIN.. does the problem still happen? To run as admin, start the program by right mouse clicking on the program icon, then select RUN AS ADMIN from the popup menu.

  12. Hi, did you install from a DVD or download? is it possible you had a space after the last character in the key? can you download the program from: https://s3.amazonaws.com/LSSDownloads/StampMngShip2017.exe install and let me know if you get the same error.

  14. the Images you added don't exist? they are stored as individual jpg files with the prefix COIN. If you can find these files from your older install, then: Select FILE > GOTO MY IMAGES FOLDER.. from the main menu. then copy all the files into this folder.
  15. Hi, we fixed the problem with the + in the barcode. We also made some improvements to the PCGS Add coin dialog for the upcoming free update. There was also an issue trying to scan low grade PCGS slabbed coins such as G-6 grade, that should work now in the upcoming update.
  16. Our downloads are hosted by Amazon which is super-reliable. So in most cases it is probably a local problem. If you purchased a download and can't download, try waiting a few hours. If the problem persists, let us know we can arrange to have a CD sent.

  18. Hi, yes the best way to export any data to Excel is to use the reporting, specify Microsoft Excel as the output destination from the dropdown. if a report does not have the info you need exported, you can change an existing report to add the additional fields, before running the report.
  19. Hi, yes we added this to our defect list. Sorry we didn't get the chance to add it to 2017. We will try to get it done for an upcoming update.

  21. Hi, do you have a backup copy of the 2015 data? When a user enters a custom value by typing it into the value field, it should set a Boolean field that we check when updating.\ We will check to make sure this is happening, sorry for the inconvenience. If you can ZIP and email us the backup file from 2015 we can have a developer see what is going on
  22. This error happens when you run an EXE that expects a different database format than the data file it has loaded. It has not been a problem that often as the later versions of the program do a better job of upgrading an older data file. If you get the problem, please either: Do an internet backup if possible and email us your code. or ZIP and email us your COINDESC.MDB file and what version of the program you are using. please email it to: techsupport@libertystreet.com
  23. Hi, the AU-53 grade is not available in the database. A Microsoft Access table seems to have a limit of 255 fields and the value table is very close to that limit. So we are not able to offer every possible grade, remember we include FSB, DMPL, FH, etc.. you can type in AU-53 manually when you enter a coin as the condition. But a value table will not have a separate field for AU-53 like it does with AU-50 and AU-55 so you would need to enter the value yourself.
