  1. hi, the company that makes our licensing code has just released a new update that will hopefully fix this problem that a couple customers have received . We need to integrate it CoinManage and will get a new build out in a day or 2 will inform you when it can be downloaded.

  3. Hi Jim, We have recently spent several day entering the latest Canadian issues to the program. Several hundred new Collector Coin & Collector Set issues, etc... Right now the data is in the latest update to the CoinManage Deluxe, we will be creating a separate CoinManage Canada 2017 product in the next couple days. I will email you the upgrade info as soon as it is ready.
  4. Ok, we will take a look at this, thanks for reporting it. Note that EXPORT TO HTML is an option for outputting any report, you may get better results that way.
  5. Hi, that is by design. We don't feel it adds much to have a separate image for every year/mm unless it is a different design. Also, having images for every year / mm would really bloat up the program to the point it wouldn't even fit on a DVD and take a long time to download / install.

  7. Not currently, we would have to add those value fields to the database table that stores values. That would change the database file structure, so its not something we would do unless there is a lot of demand for those values.

Are you sure you have installed the 2017 and when you see the activation window does it say 2017 on the title? if so, did you copy and paste the code directly from the email?   10. Hi, yes we can add this to our list of new features to add. Should the field be a simple text field, or should we also include some choices as well? If it should include some choices from a drop down can you tell us what they should be or give a link describing the possible entries to this field.
  11. We tried this last night and it was working fine. Which version of StampManage are you using?
  12. Yes, I should have mentioned that. The totals on the status bar will show for whatever collection, country, denomination or type is currently selected.

  16. The build is up now if you have coinmanage USA 2017 select Help > Check for updates from the main menu we were on a remote control last night with a user having the error on program exit. We made a change but I'm not sure if it will fix the issue if not anyone with the problem willing to try a special build that will help us see exactly where the problem happens please click the live support button on our contact us page

  21. Hi, we can send you the program on DVD. That is the correct link to download, the file is 3.5gb, a few customers cannot download a file that large for various reasons.
