  4. Had a user who could not generate a PREVIEW of a report. When he selected PREVIEW from the report output options window nothing would happen. The problem was he did not have the permissions to run the EXE application that is used to present the Preview file to the user. The solution is to run the program as an administrator. Right mouse click on the StampManage icon and select MORE > RUN AS ADMIN from the popup menu.

  6. Hi, deactivating a code should free it up immediately for re-use. If you can email your code to: techsupport@libertystreet.com we will deactivate it from our end and let you know when we do this. Note the code will only work for the exact version of StampManage you purchased. I assume that is the version you installed on the new machine.
  7. Hi, the LOCATION view has 2 levels, not 3. We are looking at adding a 3rd level for next year. It looks like the CATEGORY field could be used for the 3rd level in your example.
  8. You would need Windows XP or later. The Enterprise version uses a database stored on SQL Server. So you would need the free or paid version of SQL Server 2008 or later.
  9. This problem should have been fixed in the last build of AssetManage released about 7 days ago.
  10. Hi, the program does not currently support the MYOB API to transfer any data. The best option may simply be to run a report containing the necessary data and export it to CSV,. then import it within MYOB. You could also reverse the process and import any data exported from MYOB into AssetManage.
  11. Hi, we are trying to figure this one out. We tested with the data file of the original poster and can't get the error here. Will be looking at some other possibilities today.

Hi, we put a coin in the SOLD COINS folder if any of these are true: 1/ Selling Price is not empty 2/ Customer field is not empty 3/ Date Sold is not empty are any of those true for the coins you cant move out of the sold coins folder? If so, try editing them and set any of the fields above to empty.

  16. Hi, do you have automatic backup set in the program PROGRAM PREFERENCES? TOOLS > PREFERENCES if you turn off the automatic backup does the error still happen?
  17. Hi the attachments are stored in the database as a file path. To embed them into the data file would cause issues . So the attachment will not work anymore if you delete it
  18. A customer just called and was experiencing crashes when starting CoinManage 2017. He is in IT and figured out a workaround. Basically, you run the program TURBOACTIVATE.EXE the will be found in the same folder as COINMANAGE.exe usually: \\Program Files\CoinManage or \\Program Files (x86)\CoinManage when you run TURBOACTIVATE.EXE it will ask for the CoinManage license code. Enter the code and exit. Then run CoinManage again you should no longer experience the crash. We are working on a new build that will fix this problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  23. Hi, this should be working again. We had to increase the server space.
  24. can you email us we will send you the DVD. The Deluxe version is a huge download and some customers have problems downloading and installing it.
  25. Just wait till September. Its a few weeks away. You can enter your coins now into the version you have. Is not necessary to have the latest edition to enter all your info.
