  2. Hi, ok that's good news. The Additional Image just puts a few thousand more image files on your hard drive, we will look but can't see how it would cause any license issues. For DVD buyers, unless you have slow internet, it is usually easier to install the additional images by selecting: HELP > INSTALL ADDITIONAL IMAGES from the main menu.

    Hi, the ASSET # field is used to store the asset tag number. The BARCODE field is also now on the main tab, it would be used to store the UPC number. We moved it from the ADDITIONAL INFO tab, if there are still references to it being on that tab we will correct in the documentation.

If you have: - Lost your activation code and need to retrieve it. - Need the link to download the product you purchased. - Are getting "Product Code In Use.." messages when trying to activate. - Need to deactivate your code for any reason. (Perhaps you were unable to deactivate before a previous computer had a hard drive crash). we have created a new page that will let you retrieve this info and will deactivate your code. Simply enter the email address used on your order and the info will be sent to you. Your code will also be released for re-use which should eliminate the "code in use" error.   7. next time you run the program, click: TOOLS > LICENSING is the DEACTIVATE LICENSE menu item enabled?
  8. Hi, this is from the ADDITIONAL IMAGES DVD? That should only install image files, nothing that would need a code. You did not update or do anything else with the main program?

    hi, no those sizes are fine. Is it possible to email the images and since you are getting a crash: email the ERRORLOG.EXT CRASH.DMP files that should be in your MY DOCUMENTS folder, they can often make it easy to fix a crash when we debug.

    Hi, are the pictures large in size? can you email one that causes the crash to techsupport@libertystreet.com if we can reproduce here it will not be hard to fix in most cases.

  14. Hi, the crash report should be a ZIP file in your MY DOCUMENTS folder. If you can email that ZIP file to techsupport@libertystreet.com we will look at it before releasing the next free update.
  15. Hi, we are going to do a video on the SOLD ITEMS feature this weekend as a few customers are confused by it.. The folder is populated by any coins that have one or more of the SELLING PRICE, SOLD TO or SOLD DATE fields set. It won't work if you try to drag a coin with none of these fields set to the SOLD ITEMS folder. The reason being the system considered the coin not sold until one of the fields mentioned above is set to a legitimate value.
  16. We did a google search and this issue seems to be happening with a lot of software, AVG is showing a false positive for the win.heri virus.
  17. Hi, that is a false positive, we have had issues with AVG in the past. A couple years ago they had some virus definitions that would actually crash our software and that caused a lot of problems. We will report this to them, I believe it is due to the Licensing system we use in our software.
