In the drop down menu for Cancel, just type what you want and it will be saved when you click OK.

When using the add a stamp, the dialog box allows you to select the category (to help with filtering if you are browsing through the stamps to locate your stamp) from the lower right part of the window as depicted below.

If you didn't previously have any stamps in that category, it will automatically create that category in your collection.

I just installed an update to StampManage 2021 and it didn't have any stamps past 5608a and no pics past 5583.do i need to upgrade to 2023 to get new stamps?

Is it possible for me to add a new ruler / type to my coinmanage deluxe 2023 coin collection

That seemed to work as the 2023 values are  apparently now included.  Was a bit surprised only a couple of 2022 US Silver Eagles were included and no 2023 US Silver Eagles.
I assume they will be updated and included in your next product update.

We purchased and installed the 2023 Deluxe Version of Coin Manage last evening. We restored our coin collection backup we made right before doing the install. The database restored and all of our coins are there, but new years (2022-2023) coins are not available to add and the update coin values does not list the 2023 option. It still only goes to 2021.
Please give us direction on how to get the 2023 version to update the newer coins and 2023 values for our coin collection.   Thank you, Michael

I installed Home Manage on a new Windows 11 computer. The program files are installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeManage 2022; other files to D:\Documents\Finances\Home Inventory\HomeManage\Data; D:\Documents\Finances\Home Inventory\HomeManage\AssetImages; and D:\Documents\Finances\Home Inventory\HomeManage\Reports. 
After installing, rebooting, and attempting to run the program, I immediately get this error message:
"An unknown error occurred while accessing c:\Users\anneo\OneDrive\Documents\HomeManage\Headers. WCD."

I don't use OneDrive, nor do I want to. One Drive is not activated on my computer. (I use a different cloud backup.) I cannot get past this error message to run the program. How can I solve this?
 

For insurance purposes, I need to be able to show both value per individual coin and total coin value.  It appears that the existing 'current.value' is the second of these, (individual coin value * quantity).  I can accomplish this by making individual entries for every coin and leaving quantity at 1 for each one, but that seems unnecessary.  I've gone throught the videos and the manual but can't find this info.
How can I show value per individual coin so I can give my insurance company the 'individual coin value', 'quantity', and 'total coin value' that they want?  Thanks.

Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit 64GB RAM 400GB free SSD disk space HomeManage 2022 (22.0.0.8) The notebook feature that is available on the properties dialog for an asset allows me to track events that happen with a particular asset. For example I track each time that I get the car serviced for maintenance, the mileage on the car and the cost of maintenance. It works well for record keeping.
Recently I noticed that for one particular asset (a camera lens), I have made 9 short notes in the notebook, but only the most recent 5 entries show up in the Item Notebook section of the main window pane that displays asset summary information. Is there some way to get all the notes to show up in the list? When only some of the notes show up, it leaves the impression that the list is complete when it actually is not complete.

Apparently not yet. I have the 22.0.0.8 (2022) version and there is no option to save an attachments folder that I can see.

I installed CM 2023 last week.  After I installed it I noticed that there are no coins listed in the CMdb for 2023 and therefore I cannot enter or find and 2023 coins in the data base.  What happened, and how would I rectify this?  Attached are two pictures of what I show.
Within those two pictures, can you explain what is 2019 vs 2019(), and what is 2022 vs. 2022' , and as you can see there is no 2023 lsited in one picture, and when I look in the 2023 diectory the last coins in the list are 2022.

Hi, ok are you trying enter them in the STAMP DATA MANAGER or when you are adding stamps to inventory.

How do I re-link the stamp images with the database?

This may be a new user issue...
If I click on "Country / Year,  United States, than click on a year "1982" or any other,  the panel to the right shows at the top United States 1982 however it shows stamps starting with Scott #1  this never changes.  What am I doing wrong?
On another topic are US post cards listed?

I have the Deluxe version.  So, of the two links you sent, I would select the first one for the Deluxe version even though I am in USA, right, and not the the second link that says "for the USA version"; right?

Thank you for the quick reply!  I purchased this program in December and was sent the 2022 ver.  Do I now have to buy a new copy to get this update when it comes out to add the additional coins?  Thank you.

How can I add coins to the Bullion coins and values list as many common US coins are missing?  I.E. Peace dollars, Mercury dimes, Kennedy 90% etc.

Adding coins not in database?

I recently upgraded from 2018 to 2023.  When I try to create a want list and print it to CSV or PDF its blank.  If I go to Collection and create a want list nothing happens.

Version : SM 2020
Added the 2020-W silver eagle v75 Privy, but is "write protected" can't make any changes.  Was add via the CoinManage Database (couldn't fine under normal add button.
All other coins function normally.  Updated the "Data File", no change.
Any thought?

I have added approximately 100 mint sets to my collection. When I run any of the reports, it shows no values for them. Did I do something wrong when entering them? Is there a glich to the software? All of the individual coins entered shows a value on all the reports. I'm a bit baffled why it's not showing. Thank you in advance for any help.

I failed to uninstall my 2020 version of software when upgrading to 2022. now both versions show up in side bar. how can I correct properly? Can I just delete 2020?
