  1. can you tell me the text or post a screenshot of the error message? Is it: Runtime error 3043: Disk or Network error.?
  2. That sounds like the 2022 value table was not imported correctly. Are you able to select items from the main menu? If so, select: FILE > UPDATE DATA FILE from the main menu the EXIT and restart the program. Does the problem continue?

  5. HI, if you are missing coins from the CoinManage database you should be able to restore them by selecting: FILE > UPDATE DATA FILE from the main menu. Then EXIT and restart the program.
  6. Hi, at the bottom of the PREFERENCES (TOOLS > PREFERENCES from the main menu). You can choose to not show sub-varieties which should all those first strike releases. When checked, you should not see these sub-varieites in the ADD COIN dialog.
  7. Hi, we have to approve posts written by "guests" sorry for the delay. Otherwise the forum would be overrun by SPAM. The stamp database is not complete for all countries, so you will see countries that are current up until 2016. We are trying to keep more countries up to date as the database is now better with all the older issues.
  8. Hi, the way the database works the value in SCOTT number cannot be NULL. So you would need to put something in that field, maybe a number with some sort of prefix that works for you.
  9. Hi, does the crash happen as soon as you click on the IMAGES tab? if so, try going to TOOLS > PREFERENCES and UNCHECK the "Use Web Cam" checkbox.
  10. to sync data and images between 2 computers, you can set a shared network folder for the data file & images folders. if that is not possible, you could do an internet backup on 1 computer then do an internet restore on the 2nd computer. The problem with this is only 1 user can work on the database at a time.

  13. Hi, our values database covers values on the 0-70 Sheldon coin grading scale. It does not have values for BU except in the case of UK coins which do not use that scale very often.

    Hi, the program uses the windows user name of the person who entered the data. The data could be modified in the ASSETS.MDB data file but not currently in the user interface. It's not a big deal to make it so a user can change this info so we will add it to the list for the 2023 version.
  15. do you see windows coming up saying that the program is importing data? If so, after it loads, can you select: TOOLS > PREFERENCES from the main menu. Is the DATA FOLDER set to the IMPORT folder by any chance?

Hi, is this regarding a coin manage deluxe order from today? if so, are you entering the code manually by typing? if so, try copy & paste as shown in this video: https://youtu.be/xgxe2bN_gMQ if that's not the problem did you download the demo before purchase? if so, you may have downloaded the coin manage use demo then purchased the DELUXE version. this requires you download and install the DELUXE version from the Link in your order email.
  17. Hi, the Deluxe includes all the Canada data that the Canada-only version has so you don't need any additional version.
  18. Hi, the values we have are for non-slabbed coins. But they use the 70 point coin grading scale for US coins. UK coins are graded using the F, VF, XF, etc.. grading system
  19. Ok, at some point we will have someone do a better one. Right now it's just a reduced bitmap of a stamp. The CoinManage icon is much better.
  20. Hi, you are referring to the total that show at the top of the main window? So the totals are showing 0 or is the problem that any new coins you add do not affect the totals? We have a new update coming in a week or so that updates the database with many of the 2021 / 2022 issues, will take a look at this and try to reproduce here.
  21. Am not seeing the problem here. If you go into TOOLS > STAMP DATABASE MANAGER. Then open up Kenya what is the Country Number / Type Number for both the General Issues, it should be as shown in attached screenshot.
  22. Can you give a example or 2 of What kind of items are you scanning ? are these maybe food items that Amazon would not carry? Sure we will take a look at another provider as a 2nd lookup source, will check out BarcodeReader to see if they have an API. are you located in USA, using Amazon.com or another country?
  23. we have some people asking for an iphone/ipad version. We are currently working on a CoinManage ipad/iphone version. After it is released we will take a look at what would be involved with a StampManage for ios. At this point.. it is Hard to give any answer more definitive than that sorry to say.
