  1. My apologies, have you emailed your codes to us? we can deactivate them over the internet. If you still have access to the program on an older PC you can deactivate the code within Assetmanage using: TOOLS > LICENSING > DEACTIVATE LICENSE... from the main menu

  3. How big is your data file? Bigger files can take awhile to upload. We will try to improve the progress indicator for these backups
  4. so you preference change is not being saved when you exit and restart the program? do you have permissions to write to the WINDOWS REGISTRY? this is necessary to save PREFERENCES try running the program as ADMIN. Right mouse click on the program icon and select Run as administrator from the popup menu. Do you continue to have issues saving the data directory preference?

  6. Hi, we have seen this a couple times when the customer has the DATA folder set to the IMPORT folder. If you select FILE > GOTO DATA FOLDER from the main menu can you tell me the complete path name of the folder that is opened?
  7. Can you search your hard drive for the file STAMPDATA.MDB. Do you see another copy In another folder? What often happens is the customers old data is in another folder You can change your Data folder setting in the PREFERENCES to the folder containing the other STAMPDATA.MDB. Then EXIT and restart STAMPMANAGE. we often do this for customers via remote control, if you still have issues click on the LIVE SUPPORT ONLINE button at our CONTACT page later this afternoon
  8. sorry just noticed this. the HEADERS.WCD file contains information on which columns show in a particular situation and the width of each column. they are stored in the MY DOCUMENTS\CoinManage folder for the user. In most situations a user should have full read / write permission to this folder which is needed to save any changes made to the columns.
  9. cost info or values? Can you try selecting FILE > UPDATE STAMPMANAGE DATA FILE from the main menu. After this finishes, you should probably EXIT and start the program again.

  11. yes this is correct. Just type the format in manually. The pulldown has an edit box associated with it for this purpose.

  15. that error usually happens when the ASSETS.LDB (not the MDB) file can not be deleted. can you manually delete the ASSETS.LDB file. It is in the same folder as your ASSETS.MDB

    Hi, it should open up eBay UK for Uk coins. we will take a look and fix if necessary. sometimes eBay changes their URL specifications which breaks CoinManage.
  18. Hi, you should be able to right mouse click on any album/stockbook in the VIEW tab section. Then select one of the reporting options from the popup menu.

  21. yes, seems very annoying to have that automatic synch defaulted to on, there are over 240,000 image files in StampManage Deluxe
  22. seems like you have google photos set to automatically add any graphics files you put on your computer. Maybe that is the default setting I really don't know. Could you try looking at the google photos settings. There should be a way to turn that off.
