Hi, you can use the BACKUP / RESTORE feature to use different databases. It would also be possible to have multiple ASSETS.MDB files in separate folders and use the OPEN DATABASE FILE command to open the one you wish to use. Note you would probably have to use multiple image folders and change the current IMAGE folder to the one that corresponds to the data file you are using. The IMAGES folder can be changed in the program PREFERENCES (TOOLS > PREFERENCES) It would be hard to have multiple column configurations. The columns are saved in a file called HEADERS.WCD which is usually in the MY DOCUMENTS\HOMEMANAGE folder.

We have updated CoinManage USA & CoinManage Deluxe several times in the past month. Anyone who has not updated using HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES within the last month or so, please do so. We have added several hundred recent Canadian coins & sets. Many VAM varieties for Morgan Dollars plus the latest issues from the US Mint.

try downloading and installing the latest version of CoinManage USA 2017 from: https://s3.amazonaws.com/LSSDownloads/CoinMngUSASetup2017.exe we were able to do a build with the new version of the licensing add on.

hi, the company that makes our licensing code has just released a new update that will hopefully fix this problem that a couple customers have received . We need to integrate it CoinManage and will get a new build out in a day or 2 will inform you when it can be downloaded.

Hi Jim, We have recently spent several day entering the latest Canadian issues to the program. Several hundred new Collector Coin & Collector Set issues, etc... Right now the data is in the latest update to the CoinManage Deluxe, we will be creating a separate CoinManage Canada 2017 product in the next couple days. I will email you the upgrade info as soon as it is ready.

Ok, we will take a look at this, thanks for reporting it. Note that EXPORT TO HTML is an option for outputting any report, you may get better results that way.

Hi, that is by design. We don't feel it adds much to have a separate image for every year/mm unless it is a different design. Also, having images for every year / mm would really bloat up the program to the point it wouldn't even fit on a DVD and take a long time to download / install.

Not currently, we would have to add those value fields to the database table that stores values. That would change the database file structure, so its not something we would do unless there is a lot of demand for those values.

Yes, I should have mentioned that. The totals on the status bar will show for whatever collection, country, denomination or type is currently selected.
