Good morning, My Company is about to start using AssetManage 2015 to track asset (Furniture & accessories) movement from job to job and use MYOB for Client billing and Job profit and loss. It would be ideal to be able to have an interface to to AssetManage to trap job number details.
Do you have any idea how this could be accomplished?

Any chance the AU53 grade can be added in the program? It's fairly common (much more so than AU57 or AU59, which are already in the program) and is used by all major grading services, including PCGS. Thanks.

I have installed the latest 2016 update.  It still does not show in excess of 100,000.  All I get is asterisks.

Hi, to avoid this problem you can reactivate your license before upgrading to Windows 10.
TOOLS > LICENSING > DEACTIVATE LICENSE...
From the main menu.
if you have already upgraded to Windows 10, please email us the code you are using and we can deactivate it over the internet.
Once this is done, you will need to re-enter the code the next time you run StampManage. After that, you should have no problems running StampManage on your new Windows 10 environment.

Is there a way to right justify the Cost or other currency columns?  It is very hard to compare Costs when the thousand dollar digit of one item lines up with the one dollar digit of other items.

The website states that there is a new coin value database as of July 1; where is it, and can I download it for CoinManage 2015, or do I have to wait until CoinManage 2016 comes out?

Highlight the collection right click one option is delete another is properties. Click on properties to change the name. Click on delete to delete. 

Is it possible to change the defaults in a column, such as Quantity and have it default to 0 instead of 1?

Hi, new user to HomeManage - I'd actually started building my own application to do it, but this pretty much covers everything!
The only thing I don't think I can do - but thought I'd ask in case I'm missing something - is create a parent/child relationship between items.
For example, I have a laptop that I purchased.
Within that laptop, I've purchased new HDD & RAM.
At the moment, I've created separate entries for each purchase, and then just added a comment in each - but is there a way to more formally link the items together?
A little bit like setting the laptop as a 'location', but where that 'location' is an asset itself - and so that when I rollup the value of the parent item (the laptop) it factors in the value of its additional child items

I just upgraded to StampManage USA 2016 and while the experience was alright i am encountering a problem. I recently started collecting FDCs and i figure i would start storing those photos for references purposes. This is likely a user problem so please bear with me as i explain this. I add a stamp, specify the number fill out the information and the cachet type then head on over to the "Picture of my Stamp Page" and attempt to import a picture. BTW the capture from Webcam is nice feature, I will stick to my camera phone as the image quality is a tad crisper.
I noticed two things:
Selecting Import and then selecting my photo (which i coped to desired location), it duplicates the photo in the folder, is this by design or am i importing incorrectly? Selecting the Import and then selecting the Straighten and Crop button the process runs and hits an error (out of memory). My system is Windows 10 with 48GB Ram and StamManage is using less than 125MB  of memory. is it due to the size of the images? screenshot provided for item one shows the original files as <scortts#><Type><Detail>.jpg (1002FDC_ArtCraft.jpg) Thanks in advance, any guidance would be greatly appreciated

I didn't try the "Run as Administrator" yet but I will if I start having the issue again but, late last week I started having issues with my Outlook. It would freeze when I would compose a new message. I had to open it in Safe mode to disable all of the Add-ins and work thru them one at a time until I found one that would make Outlook lock up when sending a message. It was my AVG Antivirus. What is interesting though is that when I have a problem with any program, the first thing I do is temporarily disable the Antivirus to see if the problem persists. Outlook still locked up when I completely temporarily disabled the AVG program itself but it worked fine when the AVG program was enabled and the Add-in was disabled.
So, I decided to play around with CoinManage to see what happens. When I first started having issues with CoinManage crashing several weeks ago I temporarily disabled AVG to rule it out as the problem. CoinManage still crashed so I ruled AVG out as the problem. But, because I still had issues with outlook when I did that even though it was an AVG Add-In giving me the headache, I decided to create exceptions in AVG so it would ignore CoinManage to see if that would help.
Before I created the exceptions, I temporarily disabled the AVG program to see what would happen and it still crashed when I tried to Add a Coin.
Then I created 2 exceptions, 1 for the Application File (CoinManage.exe) and the other for the CoinManage documents folder.
After creating the exceptions, I was able to add 3 coins and update the properties on three existing coins and CoinManage did not crash. So, so far so good.
Can you tell from the Crash and Error logs you have received from people with this issue what antivirus they are using? 

Thanks for the response. I very likely did not pay as close attention to what the intent was with that EXE file - I do have a tendency to 'shoot first and aim later!'
No problem as I have been around long enough to make sure I keep the EXE file being replaced until the new one proves out. Once I reverted to it all is good.

Hi, this was fixed by downloading the update directly instead of using HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES.  So if anyone has a similar problem please download the update direct from:

Solved this error, was a pc issue on my side.

I solved my issue. I had to run AssetManage as administrator to allow it to create the file.

You might try running the application as an Administrator.  Right-click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator" from the menu.

It happens whether you search a specific field or all fields.  I tried searching for Frederick Douglass in USA and it returned all records with either Frederick or Douglass included.  This happened what ever way I searched (specific field or All text fields)  I tried with and without Quotes.  The strange thing is that some searches return a value, and some don't

I think I figured out the problem.  When I am not able to edit the coin, I have to choose a different database entry.  It has created a mirror database entry and I have to select the mirror entry in order to edit the coin.  It took me a while to figure it out but its all good now.

I'm a new user of StampManage (2016).  I've been entering my collection and ran across a problem in the United Nations category.  Everything is there including Geneva, Vienna, Kosovo but there is not a category for United Nations - West New Guinea.  I would like to add this as a new category, but the scott numbering 1a - 19a already exists under United Nations.  So how should I enter these stamps?  Thanks in advance for your help.  I'm sure this is a relatively easy solution, there is so much to learn.  By the way, I love this program so far.  Thanks again!
