  1. The issue with Want List items is that since the user does not yet own them we dont' add them to reports. There is a Want List report as shown in screenshot. We can make it so if a user right mouse clicks on the Want List and runs a report it includes the Want List items. Will do that for next 2023 update.

  6. Hi, I'm seeing values when I run a report. Have you selected the PRICE as the grade? this will automatically set the value when you are adding a mint set.
  7. You can uninstall CoinManage 2020 from the Windows control panel. The problem is that doing this will remove the stock images used by CoinManage. So you will need to then install CoinManage 2022 again.
  8. Hi, the message means you should select the same data and images folders when upgrading. Just accept the defaults as shown in the install program.
  9. you should see a 2022 value table in PREFENCES (TOOLS > PRERENCES) If not, can you try installilng the software again.
  10. Please install 2022 again. Then... can you try to go into the PREFERENCES - (TOOLS > PREFERENCES) and change the default value table to a more recent year. if still not working, please ZIP and email us the PAPERDB.MDB file we should be able to manually fix it and return to you.

  13. we use a 3rd party software for the licensing of HomeManage. This annoying error seems to happen once in awhile to customers. Do any of the items on this page fix the error: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/faq/#disabled-adapters
  14. "NOTHING has or is being done". - what are you talking about? the database is constantly being updated with fixes and improvements. As I said in a previous reply, compare the data file from 1 year ago or 2 years ago to today and you will see many changes.
  15. I think I have said this previously. We are constantly making changes and improvements to the database. You are welcome to do some sort of difference analysis from a data file dated a year ago and the current one to see the thousands of improvements. I'm puzzled why you would continue to use the product if you do not like it. Why not switch to a competitor's product? they even have the ability to import StampManage database files last time I checked.

    StampManage has a location field. You can also record where the stamp is located in a stamp album.

  20. we tried submitting a new update a few days ago but there was some strange issue regarding developer certificates. Will try to get this worked out as soon as possible. thanks for the crash report, we will try to reproduce here. We fixed a bug related to this months ago, so it may be another similar issue regarding threads

  22. there should be a field for plate number on the additional info tab. Regarding Zippy. would it be possible to add a field that shows if it is a Zippy stamp, a YES / No boolean field? Can you see any problems with that? thanks.
  23. Yes that's correct, in the collection view you only see coin types if you have at least one of that type in your inventory.
  24. Hi, we match the images with the coin. they belong to using the ID shown in the filename. If we just stored the file name it would be a bit more complicated as we would have to keep track of which file is in which order (1st image, 2nd image, etc..). and may make transferring back files more complicated.
