Hi, can you try selecting: FILE > UPDATE DATA FILE from the main menu. Then EXIT and restart the program. If still not working can you confirm HELP > ABOUT that you are running the 2023 version.

Hi, is there a file called HEADERS.WCD in the folder c:\Users\anneo\OneDrive\Documents\HomeManage if so, can you delete it and then try running the program again.

we can add a column called VALUE INDIVIDUAL COIN. Is not that hard to do will do so for the upcoming update to version 2023.

Hi, you would first need to add the new category to the Stampmanage database using the STAMPMANAGE DATABASE MANAGER under the TOOLS menu. The program should currently have virtually all the countries / categories shown in the SCOTT catalogs.

The attachment backup feature will be in the upcoming 2023 version. Will be ready in the next month or 2.

Those are value tables, have you been adding your own value tables to the software? It is early February, we released the CoinManage in late December. The next update to version 2023 will have any 2023 issues that have been released.

--- QUESTION --- Hi, I’m wondering if this program recognizes collectible coins that are minted and sold by various companies that are not legal tender? I am not sure how it works, whether or not when you go to input an item it pulls off a database and adds it or you have manually enter every coin in yourself, so it’s imputed how you want. The program I would assume has the ability to add any coin you want into it but I was just wondering about coins that are not legal tender and how the software accommodates that. --- ANSWER --- You can add coins like this to the database using the COINMANAGE DATABASE EDITOR under the TOOLS menu. yes correct you would select the DELUXE link. it doesn't matter where your physical location is..only which of the 2 products you have.

Hi, most of the value updates for the 1st release of CoinManage 2023 were for higher grade modern coins where we added/updated many new values. we don't update the values of every coin every year, especially more common varieties. If you want to send a pdf report of your collection to techsupport@libertystreet.com and we can use this as we continue to make value updates for the 1st update of the program in a few weeks time.

Hi, that list of bullion coins comes directly from a table in the CoinManage database called Bullion. If you have MICROSOFT ACCESS it is possible to open the COINDESC.MDB file and add entries directly to the table. But I think it's better if we add them and will do so for the 1st update of CoinManage 2023

Hi currently there is not a way to do this. We will have a coinmanage database editor in the future as we have in the Windows version. There will be a free update in the next few weeks with many new values and listings for recent issues.

The issue with Want List items is that since the user does not yet own them we dont' add them to reports. There is a Want List report as shown in screenshot. We can make it so if a user right mouse clicks on the Want List and runs a report it includes the Want List items. Will do that for next 2023 update.
