  1. Hi, we spent quite a bit of time a couple months ago working on making sure that any changes the user makes to the CoinManage database do not get overwritten. Can you email us and we will create a DROPBOX folder so you can upload the file. Or you can use DROPBOX yourself to send us the folder link. Is it at all possible you made the changes on 1 computer with a particular username and then moved the data to another computer with a different username? we detect which items a user has edited based on comparing the username, so that could be a problem.

  3. Hi, the update should install to the same folder as stored in the Windows registry, we will take a look at this. We have a new update coming later this week so we will correct the problem.

  5. Hi, no there is no limit. The reason you are not seeing the status bar update is after 1500 coins or so we turn it off or else it would make the program sluggish since it is constantly recalculating totals.
  6. we will take a look at this, those items should not show up in search, you can delete all items permanently using the ACTIONS > EMPTY DELETED ITEMS FOLDER... command from the main menu

  10. The program doesn't fit on 1 DVD anymore so the 2nd has images for 5 or 6 more countries. Just insert it and install the same way. .

  12. yes, it shouldn't take so long the 2nd time as all the images should already be on your machine.
  13. Hi, yes it was not the correct procedure, you should have left it there. Can you install again to the same folders, the default folders shown in the Setup program. If you have more problems, come to our CONTACT US page and click on the LIVE SUPPORT button.
  14. select: TOOLS > PREFERENCES from the main menu, if the DEFAULT VALUE TABLE is showing as 2016 you should be ablet to change it to 2017 using the dropdown.
  15. Hi, the program works fine on Windows 10. You get this error after installing from a CD that was sent? If so, the code will be on the CD we can send it via email as well. Can you reply with the exact text of this error message you are getting. Thanks.

  17. just restart the computer. You will be asked for activation code the first time you run the program after install.

  19. ?? are you referring to the music that plays when the DVD is inserted and the popup menu appears? Just take the DVD out and watch the video. Then follow the steps with our DVD, there is maybe 2 seconds of music in the video so it is the DVD.

  21. We arrive at the values from consulting leading guides and online dealer prices,..auction results. What grades do you want to show on the report? The program has many grades and it is not possible to do a report that would contain all the grades it would be too confusing. If you can list the grades you need we can do a report that will show them and any other fields you need.

We did a remote with this customer earlier, the problem with the "lost coins" was basically that a few of the coins in the table that stores inventory entered by a user, had a reference to a coin type that no longer existed. There were about 20-30 such coins and they could be seen again by manually setting the coin type id to an existing Type. There was also a problem with backup, it may be because the user had a huge inventory entered and most of the coins had very large hi-def images attached. There may be some problems creating such a huge ZIP file to store all this data we are still working on this.

If you come on our CONTACT US page and click on LIVE SUPPORT ONLINE someone can remote to your machine and look at your data,. many times the problem is the data is In another file somewhere else on your machine and we can retrieve it.
