  1. Hi, we took a good look at doing that awhile ago. It was just not possible to match up another programs coin database with ours. For example, Bust half dollars and their many varieties, there would always be issues mapping some varieties from their database to ours. The only way to import would be a CSV file with the PCGS numbers. I don't think any other coin programs would allow a user to export data with the PCGS number for each coin.
  2. Hi, I'm not sure if we have already fixed this by remote control, in situations like this we almost always find the older COINDESC.MDB in another folder on the user's hard drive.\ Try opening your Windows explorer, click on your C: drive, then type COINDESC.MDB into the find box at the upper right. If you find an older COINDESC.MDB file that looks like it could be your old data file: RUN CoinManage Select the OPEN COINMANAGE FILE... command and choose the data file you think may be your old file.\ If you have problems, we can remote to your machine and do it from here.
  3. Hi, we have fixed this, will have a new build ready in the next couple days. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  4. Hi, we did a video on this: How to use StampManage on more than 1 computer let me know if you have any further questions regarding this.
  5. Ok, from your description it seemed like you were constantly running the downloadable update setup program when an update to the program is downloaded, it shows on your computer as an EXE file. The EXE file then launches a setup which installs the update. to run the program itself, you run another EXE file called StampManage.exe which is usually in your PROGRAM FILES (X86)\STAMPMANAGE folder.
  6. Hi, what is the resolution of your screen? 800x600?

  10. On occasion, we will hear from a customer that their StampManage toolbar stops working, or that nothing happens when they click on the ADD STAMP dialog. If you have a problem similar to this, try the steps in this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNsNhXI6_ak
  11. Yes, we will take a look at this for the upcoming new version. Thanks for the report and screenshots.
  12. Had a user who could not generate a PREVIEW of a report. When he selected PREVIEW from the report output options window nothing would happen. The problem was he did not have the permissions to run the EXE application that is used to present the Preview file to the user. The solution is to run the program as an administrator. Right mouse click on the StampManage icon and select MORE > RUN AS ADMIN from the popup menu.
  13. we will take a look at this. It should obviously remember after you exit the program.
  14. Hi, deactivating a code should free it up immediately for re-use. If you can email your code to: techsupport@libertystreet.com we will deactivate it from our end and let you know when we do this. Note the code will only work for the exact version of StampManage you purchased. I assume that is the version you installed on the new machine.
  15. Hi, the LOCATION view has 2 levels, not 3. We are looking at adding a 3rd level for next year. It looks like the CATEGORY field could be used for the 3rd level in your example.
  16. You would need Windows XP or later. The Enterprise version uses a database stored on SQL Server. So you would need the free or paid version of SQL Server 2008 or later.
  17. This problem should have been fixed in the last build of AssetManage released about 7 days ago.
  18. Hi, the program does not currently support the MYOB API to transfer any data. The best option may simply be to run a report containing the necessary data and export it to CSV,. then import it within MYOB. You could also reverse the process and import any data exported from MYOB into AssetManage.
  19. Hi, we are trying to figure this one out. We tested with the data file of the original poster and can't get the error here. Will be looking at some other possibilities today.
