  3. Ok, after a restore it is probably best to EXIT and then restart the software. We will work to make sure the RESTORE does not have this issue with some customers.

  7. Hi, we are working hard to get the 2016 out by early May. We are adding a new feature that should make it easier to inventory sets / us mint products and that will take a couple weeks at least. You will get a free upgrade if you purchase any 2016 edition. the 2017 edition will cost 19.95 to upgrade a couple dollars more for the Deluxe version.
  8. can you try updating to the latest free update using HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES from the main menu. This problem should be fixed.

Choose the Showing Varieties selection from the dropdown and make changes to the columns as desired.

  11. the users database is a file called users.db that is in the same folder as the data folder. Do you have this file in your folder? If so, do you have full read / write access to it.
  12. yes we are moving the COINMANAGE ID so it is not so visible, you can stillo sort on that column but the coin list should have a default sort by year.
  13. Hi, we clear that info as if we dont then you would need to manually clear it after clicking on the APPLY button. You can manually set multiple coins to the same dealer, purchase date by selecting the coins to edit in the list view, then right mouse click and select PROPERTIES from the popup menu.
  14. can you try manually creating the directory that it says it cannot make, I think this may be some sort of permissions issue
  15. Hi, we will try to duplicate this error. Is it possible the asset record with that dealer is in the DISPOSED or DELETED ITEMS folder?
  16. Hi, thanks for the follow up, yes you can import from an Excel spreadsheet. It is best to save the spreadsheet as a CSV file before importing to remove any Excel formatting that can cause problems when importing. We do not currently support direct import from Active Directory.

  18. Hi, we were able to fix this. It was a problem in the last build, can you select HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES from the main menu. It will download the latest update that we just put up this morning. The CoinManage 2016 has been delayed, mainly because we want to put in a nice way to enter sets, right now it can be confusing to figure out which category a particular set, proof set, commemorative set is listed under.
  19. Hi, we are working hard on a native Mac version of AssetManage, but it takes a long time to write a proper Mac application so it won't be ready till late this year or early next.
  20. Hi, its hard to say without knowing what information the other system needs from AssetManage. You can export any AssetManage data to a spreadsheet and use it with your other system, assuming the other system can import data.

  22. doing this would require a new field in the coin varieties table. The field would be a floating point number that would be multiplied by the bullion spot price for that coin to arrive at a final value. Its a good idea, and not super hard to implement so we will add this to the 2016 edition. The issue though is where to find the premium information. It may take a couple months to get all the data in there.
  23. The install program puts those DLLs in windows system folder for use with StampManage. Can you download the program and install again. If you are using StampManage Deluxe 2016, download HERE.
