can you search your entire hard drive for the file STAMPDATA.MDB. If you cannot find it, email us @ sales@libertystreet.com and we will send you the software on USB. I'm pretty sure that will fix the problem.

Do you get this running any report? If so, select FILE > GO TO REPORTS FOLDER from the main menu. Do you see many .lst .lsv files? the program looks in this folder for the report template files to run. You can install the program again, making sur the folder path in the REPORTS section of the install is valid.. and you have full read / write access to.

Hi, we will take a look at this label creation issue. There is a wide difference in values depending which guide you use. The actual selling price is another story. Wish it was more like the stock market but it is not.

we are working on the PCGS barcode scanning this week. Not only to improve the Mac version but fix some issues with the Windows version. Can you give a couple of examples of barcodes that do not scan properly? I'm referring to the text string below the barcode 9954.69/12243906 in the attached image for example

My apologies. What happenened is the company that hosts our licensing server had serious downtime for days. Many orders did not get an automated reply with activation code... so we have been going through many orders manually. I believe we have found your email and repliled with the download link and code.

If you are having this problem.. and If you have already installed the program, one way to see where your images are is to search your local hard drives (usually C:\ or D:\ ) for a file that is in the stock images such as V65690.jpg if found, you can then change the Stock Images folder in the PREFERENCES and you should start seeing the Stock images again.

Hi, when entering stamps are you simply clicking on Canada and picking from all the stamps in Canada? Or are you expanding Canada and selecting from the categories nested within Canada. Attached is a screenshot of Canada and it's categories, what is not correct in the screenshot?
