    I really enjoy the interface too add/grade coins in the software, though I have a couple of questions/concerns…
    a.  What do I do when a specific year of US, Canada, or UK coin/token isn’t Available?  
    b.  How do I enter my own coin information- based on the rarity of some of my coins, it’ll take years before the coin exemplars show in the software?
    it appears editing and creating your own coin info is possible in the windows version. Will there be a similar editor for the macOS as an upgrade soon?

    I purchased Coinmanage UK 2021 some years ago. I have never been able to use the bullion values calculator. My first problem was solved and it now updates and show bullion values. Unfortunately they are in dollars.  I have emailed many times and you say it will be fixed. Have you corrected the problem now? Will it be a patch or an update from the 'Help' dropdown list? Please reply to this urgently.

    I'm slogging through my collection of coins (I have hundreds of coins) trying to find my coins one-by-one. Is there a way to quickly and easily find my coins? For example, I have been searching for the coin in the attached photo for 30 minutes with no luck. Since it's a US Mint coin I figure it must be easy but I just don't know what I'm doing.
    Advice anyone?

    I am a new CoinManage user and just bought the printed manual for it hoping to figure out how to add coins not already in the database (Pages 88-91). I want to enter about 2 dozen ancients and some from Canada, Mexico, Britian, and Hawaii. Can you send directions for a step by step process that makes sense to an old guy?

    After the 7 day trail my key will not work and can't open program. I have sent email with a receipt on purchase. Really like the software but it seems they like my money more than solving problems.  Was hoping they would at least leave me a message saying they are working on problem.  Oh well screw me once your fault screw second time my fault. At this time I would not recommend this software not for the product but for the staff on solving problems,

    I tried technical support with 2 different emails, but they haven't responded. 
    I had SM 2023 and had about 2600 stamps identified and recorded, then a week ago I started the 2023 program and only 1 stamp shows for each country whether it is in the collection I added or in the stock database. As there was an upgrade available, I upgraded the software to 2024. Same problem only 1 stamp per country in my personal database or in Stamp manage stock database. I went to the tech support website and found the article about searching my hard drive for the database in a different location which I did, but still only 1 stamp per country. I need to recover both databases.
    Has anyone else had catastrophic failure of this software by Liberty Street?
    Was Technical support or this online forum any help? I am very disappointed with Liberty Street's lack of help with this issue. I also collect coins, Clocks, Wrist and pocket watches and pen knives along with needing to do house inventory. However it needs to work or at least get some support when it doesn't.
    Is there a secret to being able to communicate with Tech support or anyone that could help?
     
    I have only had this since November if I can't get this to work I will need to change programs.

    I've just downloaded the 2024 Deluxe edit, and also renamed the 'User Field 1' in the preferences. It shows up properly in the 'Additional Info' properties dialog (tab), but when I generate the 'One coin per page Details' report it prints the field title/caption using the original 'User Field 1' rather than my renamed string.

    Why doesn't the "1 Dollar" type appear higher in the tree before the "1 Dollar Gold" type.  
    It appears in the correct spot in the Coin Database Editor.

    Recently installed the latest update for Stamp Manage 2024 only to be met with the "The licence key has already been activated the maximum number of times" pop up (see image).
     
    Have tried using your key page with no success (mainly because Stamp Manage 2024 is not on there).
     
    The program works great....except when there's an update or an upgrade.  

     
    EDIT:  I have tried completely uninstalling and re-installing and am getting the same issue.  Assuming I'll have the same issue on my other install on my home PC.

    Hello, 
    This being my first post to here. I have a slight problem with adding First day covers to the SM 2024 USA.  I do not know, or understand if it is truly possable to do so.
    example: I try to add a FDC to SM, when I do, it does not add it to the folder First Day Covers.  Also, I have found when I try to add a FDC Scott number say 2390-93 FDC. it reverts back to the general stamps area.  or goes blank, when I fill out all the Additional information section. it comes up with an error. and does not add it.  I am stumped...
    If I may also sugguest that in updates or maybe a complete program dedicated to First Day Covers.  I do realize that there is not many people who do collect them, or have fallen out of "style" to collect them. There are those like myself who do, and not just recent ones, but as far back as I can collect them.  
    If it is a problem I am having adding them, then can someone explain it to me? or if it is not allowed to add them, I wish to make it a request in any updates, or future issues of the program itself.

    I tried to start this topic before I realized I had to sign in So if it's a repeat, sorry!
     
    A few days ago I completed the most recent update to SM 2024. Immediately after the upgrade I had to reenter the activation code.  Since then I have had to restart the program twice each time I had to reenter the activation code.  Now last night the computer got turned off.  I tried to start Stamp Manage again tonight and again I had to enter the activation code.  I got the message "This license key has already been activated the maximum number of times."  I suspect the update corrupted the program that it is not keeping the activation code.  I do have back up to the internet from last week aned a recent back up.  Can I get a new license key (old key H64B-H3X8-YVWJ-VXSM).   Also should I consider totally uninstalling Stamp Manage and reloading the most recent edition.  I have an older slower compute and that takes at least 1-2 hours to load stamp manage so I'd like to avoid that if I can.  Any suggestions

    I have deactivated the software on my old computer and loaded software to my new computer utilizing the link on my purchase email.  The activation code does not work.  I receive the following error message when I enter the code, me “License with the provide License_key not found".  I have tried to email tech support, however the email fails.

    Hopefully, this is an easy one.  On my main screen I use the "date purchased" column.  It displays the date purchased as well as the time, down to the second, that the entry was made.  Is there a way to format this column to show the date only?  I'm just trying to clean some of the clutter from the display.  Thanks.
