FYI,... I got an answer from the Support-Team per Mail with an new Key which work.

I created a Topic named Unable to activate Stamp Manage 2024 DeLuxe following upgrade from version 2023 DeLuxe back in December 2023 .... I still have received no support whatsoever on this issue.
HOW CAN I GO BACK TO VERSION 2023 ..... !!!!!! I installed 2024 to the same directories as 2023 (as directed !!!!|) 

Where is it going to land and how my search to find.
If it cannot be found in the database it must be added somehow
Let's say if it is a Country Coin and it is not there, so you have to add it as new, etc
Some are Silver, some are gold
But, if not in db you have to make
(and then try to find where put etc.
Should I put in Bullion or in in the Country (that maybe not in the list
How to place something questionable and find them to place appropriately?
 
CM added a "Mint Product" etc but did not add it into a Search -- therefore why add the search field check field to search it?

I fixed it. Somehow, in Preferences, under the Columns tab of columns to show in Dealer view; things had gotten all screwed up.
I "Reset" the columns, and everything works as expected now.

Is there any way to standardize the names (preferably last name  first) ? For example JF Kennedy and John F. Kennedy  have different entries. It makes it difficult to have to search through items like T.Jefferson, R.M. Nixon, etc when you are wanting to try to look for varieties of that particular coin. 

Several countries have gaps in the Scott listings. How can I add my stamps which are in these gaps?

I did an upgrade to the 2024 version and I lost the images for US and some other countries but not every country.  I tried redownloading and running the 2 image files and that did not resolve the issue.  Thoughts?

I am having somewhat of the same problem. I have the key from 08/14/2023 upgrade and have downloaded the product from the link above. When I enter my key I get an error "

Hi, I've installed Stamp Manage 2024 on two laptops that I regularly use and jump between (work and personal).  Stamp Manage 2024 is working fine on the work laptop and am successfully saving to the internet.  When I jump to the personal laptop, I can start Stamp Manage with no issues and when I check Help>About Stamp Manage the activation code is showing correctly (See image (code is blanked)).
 
When I try and restore the backup from the internet to the personal laptop i get an error stating that Stamp Manage 2024 is not activated and I should purchase a license or enter the license code (see image).  Following the direction on the error (going to tools>licensing etc) is not possible as this selection does not exist. 
 
Can I use Stamp Manage this way (eg on two laptops that I am the only user for)?

Hi,   I just purchased your Home Manage software and can not activate it.   I originally downloaded the demo and installed on my C drive. After I purchased the license, I decided that I wanted to install it on my USB drive, so I uninstalled the demo version. After that I used the download link in my email with the license key to reinstall to the USB drive which succeeded. After that I rebooted and started the Home Manage software and was greeted with the activate screen. When I entered the license code from the email, I got the message "License with the provided license key not found" and could not activate the SW (I was connected to the Web.) Also, I clicked the Run in Demo mode to see if the install was OK and Home Manage runs without problems in Demo.   I am running Windows 11 on a Lenovo laptop.   I guess my main question is, can I run Home Manage on a USB drive and is this causing the install problem? Also I notice my key that is in the email you sent is in the format of 4 groups of 4 letters and numbers and the activate screen shows a sample key with 6 groups of 4 letters and numbers - do I have the correct key??   Thanks   HB

On first startup after installing Stamp Manage 2024 I get a couple of error message popups:

After that I get another one saying file 32 cannot be deleted.
What do I need to do
 
 

I found a work around. After adding the coin to My Collection, I can highlight the coin in My Collection and hit the "Add Images to Current Selection"     button on the toolbar, and it allows me to add up to four images.

Any update on when we can expect the next update? Will this update include the unique record number? The CM number is vital to a collector with duplicate coins with the same attributes.

I thought I had found my answer but that ended at a dead end. Here is what I need to do:
I need to sort on ScottNumber first and then the plate block PlateNumber second. However....when I go to the Sort Order Properties....there is not a PlateNmber to choose from.
Is there a work around on this?
I really need this dual sort...I am so close to getting this set up!

Like the topic says...will the program handle that much of a load? The few thousand additional items will be singles, blocks of four, coils, back of book...etc....
It appears that StampManage is a Microsoft Access database so I think it should be OK...but just want some advice before I spring for it.

Ah, that's what I needed.  That file card has the right layout and I can easily change the labels and variables to what I want them to be.  If I could wish for one thing, it would be the ability to rename the fields and header for 'Catalog Number Information' under Coin Properties > Additional Info (in the main CoinManage app), but I know that's not really what you're asking.  I currently use those fields for other things, and it's confusing when the headers don't match what's in the field.  Still, I can at least put the right information in the report now that I've found it.

I see that 'OneDrive' is mentioned in the path, its a longshot but i have seen issues with syncing with onedrive cause issue with installation/updates of apps at work. Might be worth a try to pause its syncing (i believe 2hrs is the minimum, can always resume or restart to get one drive to resume synching)

1)  I want to use the report 'Coin Details (1 Page Per Coin)' as the basis for a new custom report, but it doesn't show up under the Reporting > Edit Report menu - probably because there isn't an associated .lst file.  Is there a way to convert the .crd & .crv files to a format that CoinManage can read and edit?
2) Failing that, Is there a similar report - 1 coin per page, portrait mode, coin details - that I could use as a basis?

I am having the same problem. Each time I start the 2024 version, it requests the activation code. I was not having this problem with the 2023 version when I used it a few days earlier.  Restarting the computer did not fix the problem. I also tried unintalling the 2024 version using the Windows Uninstall procedure, and the uninstall process would not run.

I see that I'm not the only one having this problem. I decided to go back to SM 2023 until there is a fix for that, it's annoying having to re-enter the activation code every time.
