  2. Hi is this regarding StampManage or CoinManage. Are you missing the stock images that ship with the program or images you have personally attached to records?
  3. Hi, are you doing this while is the ADD STAMP dialog or in the STAMPMANAGE DATABASE section? we fixed the problem for the STAMPMANAGE DATABASE. You can download the fix from the link below. WARNING: this link is only for STAMPMANAGE DELUXE 2023 customers not any other version: https://s3.amazonaws.com/LSSDownloads/StampMngShip2023.exe which will install 23.0.0.1 version. We have an update coming out soon that will fix some other issues.
  4. yes correct you would select the DELUXE link. it doesn't matter where your physical location is..only which of the 2 products you have.
  5. Hi, not sure why you did not received the upgrade info. We sent it to all customers we have emails for. You should be able to see your current version by selecting HELP > ABOUT from the main menu. Regarding upgrades. Hi, most of the value updates for the 1st release of CoinManage 2023 were for higher grade modern coins where we added/updated many new values. we don't update the values of every coin every year, especially more common varieties. If you want to send a pdf report of your collection to techsupport@libertystreet.com and we can use this as we continue to make value updates for the 1st update of the program in a few weeks time.

  9. Hi, that list of bullion coins comes directly from a table in the CoinManage database called Bullion. If you have MICROSOFT ACCESS it is possible to open the COINDESC.MDB file and add entries directly to the table. But I think it's better if we add them and will do so for the 1st update of CoinManage 2023

  11. Hi currently there is not a way to do this. We will have a coinmanage database editor in the future as we have in the Windows version. There will be a free update in the next few weeks with many new values and listings for recent issues.
  12. The issue with Want List items is that since the user does not yet own them we dont' add them to reports. There is a Want List report as shown in screenshot. We can make it so if a user right mouse clicks on the Want List and runs a report it includes the Want List items. Will do that for next 2023 update.

  17. Hi, I'm seeing values when I run a report. Have you selected the PRICE as the grade? this will automatically set the value when you are adding a mint set.
  18. You can uninstall CoinManage 2020 from the Windows control panel. The problem is that doing this will remove the stock images used by CoinManage. So you will need to then install CoinManage 2022 again.
  19. Hi, the message means you should select the same data and images folders when upgrading. Just accept the defaults as shown in the install program.
  20. you should see a 2022 value table in PREFENCES (TOOLS > PRERENCES) If not, can you try installilng the software again.
  21. Please install 2022 again. Then... can you try to go into the PREFERENCES - (TOOLS > PREFERENCES) and change the default value table to a more recent year. if still not working, please ZIP and email us the PAPERDB.MDB file we should be able to manually fix it and return to you.

  24. we use a 3rd party software for the licensing of HomeManage. This annoying error seems to happen once in awhile to customers. Do any of the items on this page fix the error: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/faq/#disabled-adapters
