  1. do you see windows coming up saying that the program is importing data? If so, after it loads, can you select: TOOLS > PREFERENCES from the main menu. Is the DATA FOLDER set to the IMPORT folder by any chance?

Hi, is this regarding a coin manage deluxe order from today? if so, are you entering the code manually by typing? if so, try copy & paste as shown in this video: https://youtu.be/xgxe2bN_gMQ if that's not the problem did you download the demo before purchase? if so, you may have downloaded the coin manage use demo then purchased the DELUXE version. this requires you download and install the DELUXE version from the Link in your order email.
  3. Hi, the Deluxe includes all the Canada data that the Canada-only version has so you don't need any additional version.
  4. Hi, the values we have are for non-slabbed coins. But they use the 70 point coin grading scale for US coins. UK coins are graded using the F, VF, XF, etc.. grading system
  5. Ok, at some point we will have someone do a better one. Right now it's just a reduced bitmap of a stamp. The CoinManage icon is much better.
  6. Hi, you are referring to the total that show at the top of the main window? So the totals are showing 0 or is the problem that any new coins you add do not affect the totals? We have a new update coming in a week or so that updates the database with many of the 2021 / 2022 issues, will take a look at this and try to reproduce here.
  7. Am not seeing the problem here. If you go into TOOLS > STAMP DATABASE MANAGER. Then open up Kenya what is the Country Number / Type Number for both the General Issues, it should be as shown in attached screenshot.
  8. Can you give a example or 2 of What kind of items are you scanning ? are these maybe food items that Amazon would not carry? Sure we will take a look at another provider as a 2nd lookup source, will check out BarcodeReader to see if they have an API. are you located in USA, using Amazon.com or another country?
  9. we have some people asking for an iphone/ipad version. We are currently working on a CoinManage ipad/iphone version. After it is released we will take a look at what would be involved with a StampManage for ios. At this point.. it is Hard to give any answer more definitive than that sorry to say.

  12. Hi, we took it out because no-one ever seemed to inquire about it. That was a mistake as several have complained... we will put it back in for a new update in a week or 2.
  13. Hi, we don't show that info as it seems like it would be a bit redundant to show for every coin of a type. Will consider letting user specify to show some coin type info via the settings.
  14. Hi, we removed it thinking no-one was using it. But a couple customers have complained so we will be putting it back into the Additional Info tab. Trying to keep the 1st tab as simple as possible.
  15. If you select VIEW -> DEALERS from the main menu you will see a list of all the Dealers in the program. You can delete an Dealer that is not currently assigned to a stamp if the Dealer is assigned to a stamp you would need to edit the stamp and change the dealer or set it to empty. You can do this in the View By -> Dealers section
  16. The HomeManage ID is a unique integer value that is created by the database file whenever a new asset is created. It is not possible to have 2 assets with the same HomeManage ID If the asset number field is left blank, we simply make the asset number the same as the HomeManage ID. If you duplicate an asset, the HomeManage ID of the new duplicate asset will be different, but the asset number should be the same.
  17. Hi, if you check these boxes you should see a new NOTEBOOK item whenever the item is moved to another location or the status / assignment changes. We are working on a free update for HomeManage that will be ready in a couple weeks, we will be adding the ability to make this a global setting for the update.
  18. You are exporting by running a report and then choosing Microsoft Excel Format from the Direct To dropdown? i just tried it and it seems to be working here. Which version of the program do you have?
  19. We added OX16, OX16a, OX16b - they are in the USA Scott Speciallized Catalog. The new varieties will show in the next 2022 update out in a week or so.

Can you give an example of the information you are entering into the Stamp Wizard to find the SCOTT number? year, denomination? are you searching by image using the optional stamp search program from LignUp? Note that signup has a free demo version. I believe it is restricted to USA Stamps though. More info can be found at: https://lignup.com/stamp-search
  25. Do you have MICROSOFT ACCESS installed on your computer? If so, you can open the COINDESC.MDB file and then select the REPAIR /COMPRESS button. That may help the situation. If you don't have MS ACCESS you can ZIP the COINDESC.MDB file and send it to us
